The Jardin Élisabeth Boselli sits behind a tall iron gate, distinguished by a modern, colorful playground and a row of dense, neatly clipped hedges that separate the path from the neighboring buildings. It opened in two thousand five on a site previously occupied by old railway infrastructure. The garden takes its name from the first woman to hold a professional pilot's license in France. Boselli shattered aviation records in the nineteen forties and fifties, flying solo across the Mediterranean and setting altitude records in jet aircraft.
