This small spot began as a simple family venture, serving recipes passed down through generations in Puerto Vallarta. The owner, Doña Esperanza, started by grinding corn by hand each morning before dawn to make fresh tortillas for her neighbors. Even as the neighborhood grew around her, the process remained the same, centering on those handmade, pressed-to-order corn tortillas.
