The Grassy Knoll is a small, sloped garden on the north side of Elm Street in Dealey Plaza. It features a concrete pergola at its crest and a picket fence along the top of the ridge. While it appears as a quiet park today, investigators spent decades debating if a shooter fired from behind that fence on November twenty-second, nineteen sixty-three. People still gather here to point toward the street and discuss the trajectories, angles, and witnesses from that afternoon.
