Clary's Cafe

Clary's Cafe features a bright, mint-green facade that stretches across the corner of Abercorn and Jones streets. It opened in nineteen oh three as a pharmacy where locals grabbed sodas at the counter while waiting for prescriptions. Decades later, the shelves of glass medicine bottles and antique wood paneling drew the film crew of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. They turned this neighborhood breakfast spot into a central character, capturing the eccentric spirit of Savannah in a single frame.
