Sati mata ki haveli

The Sati Mata ki Haveli in Udaipur features an intricately carved stone facade that distinguishes it from the surrounding merchant houses. This residence serves as a memorial dedicated to a woman who committed sati, or self-immolation, a practice once prevalent among the Rajput aristocracy.
